本写真集は、2013年から2016年にかけて撮影された過去作から構成されています。そこには、篠田が扱うモチーフが物質的な美しさから、現在のモチーフである記憶や記録の痕跡としての壕や取り壊された美術館などへと移り変わっていく兆候をみることができます。
自身の過去作を呼び起こし、自己批判も厭わない篠田の写真に対する姿勢は、矛盾をはらみながら変化を遂げる社会に向けて自身をアップデートする試みです。

This collection of photographs consists of past works taken between 2013 and 2016. In the photographs, we can see signs of a shift in Shinoda's motifs from material beauty to his current motifs, such as shelters and demolished museums as traces of memories and records.
SHINODA's attitude toward photography, which invokes his own past work and his willingness to engage in self-criticism, is an attempt to update himself for a society that is undergoing contradictory changes.

这组照片由2013年至2016年期间拍摄的过去的作品组成。在这些照片中，我们可以看到筱田的主题从物质美转向他现在的主题的迹象，比如作为记忆和记录的痕迹的避难所和被拆除的博物馆。
